As a psychotherapist, teacher and mindfulness trainer I aim to empower others to achieve their own strengths and success strategies to restore within themselves a balanced sense of health, happiness and wellbeing.
For the last twenty years I have studied and worked extensively with the teachings of the main psychological theorists. Whatever the issue and whatever the client brings, I understand that the relationship has to be built on trust. The acceptance, support and strategies I offer are as individual and unique as each of my clients. Together we work as a team to create positive, sustainable change.
