Counselling

Living the best & happiest version of self

As an integrative counsellor for almost twenty five years, I understand that the success of therapy depends to a significant degree on the quality of the relationship between us. My experience reflects my belief that what works best is when the approach most suited to each individual is used in an atmosphere of care, acceptance and trust. Over the years I have worked with diverse, complex and challenging emotional and mental health needs including addiction, dissociation and trauma. I offer support and strategies to transcend any issue you bring, anything at all that diverts attention from living a full and fruitful life in the here and now I offer a relationship that is caring, confidential and professional. I believe that working together we can find solutions that will bring about positive and lasting change.
